We ship the same day — worldwide. Every Baliaric parasol is handcrafted in Bali and dispatched from our warehouses in Canada, Spain, or Bali, depending on your destination. This means shorter journeys, faster delivery, and fewer surprises at the door.

Canada, United States & Mexico — Free Shipping

Orders are fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse and shipped to Canada, the United States, and Mexico. No customs duties or import fees apply for Canadian customers. Standard import regulations may apply for US and Mexican orders depending on order value.

Spain, European Union & Middle East — Free Shipping

Orders for Spain, all 27 EU member states, and the following Middle East destinations are fulfilled from our Spanish warehouse via FedEx. No customs duties or import fees apply within the EU. Middle East orders may be subject to local import regulations depending on the destination country.

Middle East destinations covered: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Jordan.

United Kingdom — Free Shipping

Orders are fulfilled from our Spanish warehouse and delivered to the UK within 2–3 business days.

As a result of post-Brexit trade regulations, UK customs authorities levy import duties and a carrier handling fee upon delivery. Please note that these customs charges are separate from shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient:

• Duties are collected by the carrier (FedEx / UPS / DHL) — not by us.
  
• If you are a UK company, please provide your VAT number or company ID at checkout so your order can be handled as B2B by customs.

Rest of World — Quote on Request

Orders outside the regions above are fulfilled from Bali, Indonesia via FedEx or UPS. Shipping costs and transit times vary by destination and order size.

To receive a full shipping quote before committing to your order:

1. Place your order online and select Manual Payment / Request Shipping Quote at checkout.
2. We will confirm all details — parasols, bases, shipping costs — with no payment required yet.
3. Once you approve the full breakdown, we will issue your invoice with a secure payment link.
4. As soon as payment is received, we arrange dispatch and send you full tracking information.
5. Import duties and customs fees will be collected by the carrier upon delivery in your country.

Rates per box decrease when multiple boxes are shipped to the same address. For shipments above 70 kg, special cargo rates may apply — contact us and we will find the best option for you.
